Terms of Service

Last updated: 3 June 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drivers Hub platform, websites and applications (the "Service") operated by Drivers Hub ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

Drivers Hub is a platform connecting bus driver agencies, garages, route controllers and drivers to advertise, book, manage and check in to driving shifts. We provide software; we are not an employer, employment agency or party to any engagement between drivers and agencies or garages.

2. Accounts

3. Subscriptions, trials & payment

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including: uploading unlawful or false content, infringing others' rights, attempting to access data you are not authorised to, scraping, reverse engineering, or interfering with the Service's operation.

5. Driver engagements & compliance

Agencies and garages are solely responsible for verifying drivers' eligibility, licences, right to work, insurance and compliance (including drivers' hours and working-time rules), and for any payments to drivers. Drivers are responsible for the accuracy of their documents and availability. Drivers Hub provides tools to assist but does not guarantee compliance.

6. Documents & data

Uploaded identity and compliance documents are used only to allow verification and are deleted once reviewed; we retain only the approval record and limited reference data. See our Privacy Policy.

7. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify, suspend or discontinue features.

8. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or losses arising from engagements between users. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law. Our total liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You can delete your account and data from your settings.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes means you accept them.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.
